Co-founder
Durukan is a social entrepreneur working on regenerative agriculture since 2012.
Savory hub leader, farmer, shepherd, international consultant, trainer/educator and entrepreneur with a number of leading companies.
Founded several social enterprises: Anadolu Meraları, Turkey's first and biggest regenerative agriculture initiative; SafiMera, Turkey's first regenerative & grassfed food brand; RegenHive; Regensense.
Implemented regenerative work in Turkey, Scandinavia, Middle East and Central Asia.
An Ashoka global Fellow since 2017 and Savory Institute Advisor since 2020.
International Relation bachelor in Galatasaray University, and Rural Development & Natural Resource Management MSc in SLU, Sweden.
Passionate about visioning and connecting dots from different layers and perspectives, dedicated to creating further entrepreneur ecosystems towards Age of Regeneration.
Ayhan Gürçam
Co-founder
Analytical and open-minded software development professional with a focus on geospatial coding and expertise in Google Earth Engine.
Proven background in technology, team leadership, and project management, with a dedication to customer-oriented solutions and achieving impactful results.
Proficiency in geospatial data manipulation and hands-on experience in both technical and managerial roles enables him to bridge the gap between complex coding and tangible outcomes for RegenSense.
BSc in Mathematics from Middle East Technical University, Turkey.
